• Group quotes are available self-serve by state and by Standard Industry Classification (SIC). ​If the employer group does not know their SIC, you can use the OSHA website to look it up HERE.

• For employer groups located in Texas, Oklahoma, Montana, South Dakota, and Wyoming, Click HERE.

Note:  The DC Platform is only available in approved states and only for approved industries.  Please refer to our SIC REFERENCE GUIDE for details.  The industries and/or states that are ineligible for some coverages can still implement the DC platform in an abbreviated form by leaving out those specific plans.
