Charles “Chas” Pierce has been in sales management on the carrier side of the health insurance industry for 30 years. Currently, he serves as a strategic partner within the Alliance. His role is carrier relations and providing subject matter expert advice to the team.
Before devoting his time to the Alliance, Chas served as Sales Operations Director at Scott & White Health Plan, Central U.S. Sales Manager for CIGNA's Individual & Family Plan Segment, & District Sales Manager for Assurant Health. Over that time, he and his staff worked with over 10,000 brokers.
Chas obtained a Texas insurance license in 1989 and has also taught numerous Continuing Education courses for insurance professionals. He also holds an RHU, Registered Health Underwriter, designation from The American College of Financial Services.
In addition to work, Chas enjoys spending time with his wife, Angela, & their three children in the Dallas area.
