Stephen M. Andrus is President and Co-Founder of National MGA Insurance Alliance, Inc. Andrus serves a vital role in the governance of National MGA Insurance Alliance, focusing on managerial aspects of the company while maintaining the sole leadership role at the company’s San Antonio location.

Andrus obtained his insurance license in 1995 as an agent with New York Life, eventually working in a managerial position with a wholesale insurance marketing company.

In 2002, he co-founded The Teachers’ Agency, Inc., which specializes in retirement planning for educators, in Brownsville.

Andrus is from Casper, Wyoming. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Graceland College in 1994.

Andrus resides in San Antonio, Texas with his wife, Mary, and their two daughters, Emily and Autumn.
